SpiritWorks Sanctuary is a ten-acre private retreat property in the Flathead Valley, thirty minutes from Glacier National Park. The venue is clean and unbranded. Whether you are a facilitator bringing your own program or an executive team planning a leadership off-site, the sanctuary provides the environment and infrastructure. You determine how you use it.

We accommodate hosted groups of 9–17 participants. The space has been used for yoga retreats, leadership programs, somatic and bodywork trainings, corporate off-sites, wellness immersions, and creative residencies. What these programs share is not a category — it is a standard. The people who come here are serious about their work and the people they bring with them. The sanctuary reflects that.

WHAT THE VENUE PROVIDES

The dedicated indoor studio functions as yoga space, classroom, and conference room in a single flexible layout. It is equipped with yoga equipment, massage tables, conference tables and seating, a large-screen smart TV, sound system, and whiteboard. An outdoor gathering area beneath mature trees extends the working space into the landscape.

Wellness amenities available to your group include a wood-fired sauna, cold plunge, jetted hot tub, PEMF therapy, infrared wellness experiences, and bodywork services. Kitchen access with both indoor and outdoor dining areas supports full-day programming. High-speed internet is available throughout.

​

The property includes mature medicinal herb gardens with more than 100 plants, walking paths through open meadow enclosed by forest on three sides, and additional extended-stay accommodations for your participants — a two-bedroom apartment, a studio apartment, and the Hermitage Camper and tent sites, each suited for stays of a week or longer.

On-site practitioners — massage therapists, energy medicine practitioners, yoga teachers, and chefs — are available by arrangement to supplement your programming.

PRICING

​

Facilitator venue rental varies depending upon season for 3–5 days. Longer programs and weekly rates available by inquiry. Pricing is based on program length, group size, and amenity use. A formal proposal is provided after an initial conversation.

 

THE PROCESS

​

Submit an inquiry below with your proposed dates, group size, and a brief description of your program. Inquiries are reviewed for fit and responded to within 72 hours. Facilitators who appear to be a good match are invited to a brief conversation before a formal proposal is issued. A signed agreement and deposit confirm the booking.
